ORDINANCE NO. 22
PARKING ON MCLUNEY STREET
THE VILLAGE OF FAIRGROVE ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. No. person shall park a vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, upon the NORTH side of McLuney Street between S. Main Street and Otis Street.
Sec. 2. The violation of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $40.00; or by imprisonment in the County Jail not to exceed 10 days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court together with costs of prosecution.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall become effective on the 1st day of June 1974.
